Imagination

Gift It Buy Now

Designed to support and challenge students through the use of stories and creative thinking, our Imagination box encourages students to use novels as a starting point for exploring the wider world. By investigating the themes and influences within each book, we hope to show students that all learning connects, as well as inspiring them to get creative themselves.

It’s well established that there is a strong connection between reading skills and overall academic success, and getting kids reading regularly will have a knock-on impact across all areas of their school work. Reading has been shown to boost creativity, emotional intelligence and vocabulary, whilst also reducing stress, improving sleep and making us happier. It’s a great place to start if you want to kickstart your child’s love of learning.

Items include: a novel, carefully selected to challenge as well as entertain; exercises and worksheets to develop a deeper understanding of the novel, build vocabulary and explore key themes; competitions to foster creativity; a specially designed, unique collectable; a creative project or activity connected to a theme in the book.
